Q: The item I am interested in appears to be out of stock, when will it be available again?
A: For quick answers on stock questions call the shop and we can either let you know how long it will take before it is back in stock or put in a special order for you. If you can't call, shoot us an email, but calling will get you a quicker answer. Many of our items sell very quickly and some of our customers choose to pre-order to ensure one is held for them.
Q: Can you write in a lower value on Customs Forms so I don't have to pay as much tax in my Country.
A: No, we can not lie on Customs forms because it is against the law.
We ship WORLDWIDE via USPS. Shipping is calculated per item and depending on the destination, we may not be able to ship certain items due to size restrictions. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. If you need rushed shipping please call the shop for options and pricing.
There are no returns or exchanges on bicycles or frames. Clothing, parts and accessories are returnable for store credit for 1 week from arrival date in unopened packaging and unused condition with applicable tags and sales receipt. All special orders are final sale. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and handling.
